Refund Policy - Effective February 01, 2024

    If approved, you’ll be immediately and automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank)for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
    Refund for a returned product:  
    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your REFUND. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your REFUND. We will notify you by email when your refund has been approved.
    Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable): 
    If you're awaiting a refund at least two (2) days from approval and haven't received it yet, please begin by reviewing your bank account once more.
    Afterward, we recommend reaching out to your credit card company or bank. It's common for refunds to undergo a processing period before they are formally posted by credit card companies and banks.
